Welcome to another episode of Coopville Diaries!
Last week we had all the drama of the name changes of Cim/Natasha, Courtney and Cloe.
But this episode my sweet flock seemed to be aware that I had endured a very tough week.
I would walk by them and I could hear them whispering...
"she's had a rough week..stay out of her way and be on your best behavior."
"she's looking this way........don't make eye contact."
"I heard she has a strange skin condition...poison oak..or something evil like that."
"ha....and she has the nerve to talk about me!"
"Rod Stewart said we must all show her how cute we are.....she may be in a bad mood."
"Look Mom...we will find you some worms."
"Uh oh...she's looking this way.........quick...smile!"
"or get out of her way and runnnnnnnn!!!!!
Oh my sweet chickens.....don't you know that you keep me calm and make me smile.
What would I do without you?
Ahhhh......deep breath.....don't you feel calmer too?
And that concludes this episode of Coopville Diaries!

Feel like I just soaked in a tub of Calgon!!! Amazing what a little chicken diary will do for the soul....or is that chicken soup for the soul?
Glad to read the chicks have been well behaved if you are not feeling up to par. I dealt with a bad case of poison something last year, not fun. Feel better!!
Haha, smart chickies! They really do know how to cheer you up, don't they? Just sitting and watching them for a while really calms me down.
Glad your chickens were minding their manners this week! There's something soothing about watching chickens go about their business. Hope things are better for you! Thinking happy thoughts.
Leave It To Davis.....it was great chicken therapy....or as you say...chicken soup for the soul...lol.
They probably didn't want that rubbing off...can you imagine a chicken with poison oak???? Now that would be eggsciting.
Nice to see everyone is on their best behavior this week! lol
Thank you for sharing with the Clever Chicks Blog Hop, Lisa!
Cheers,
