Ordinary Country Life Scenes

It's hammer time....
(couldn't help myself..heehee)

can't touch this...:)

I promise this is not us.

But we did see this redneck rig....I guess if you want to go fishing

you figure out a way to haul your boat.

My husband is a rule breaker...

Ummm.....yes we are in a boat.....

This is why I don't get invited to go fishing much....

I turned my back to hubby took the pic and worked for 30 minutes getting it untangled.

I wasn't going to talk on this post and let the photos speak for themselves.....

but.....

you know I have to talk!

Pretty birds..(like that really needs an explanation)

Treed!
(is that how you spell that...it doesn't look right)

Not good photos but what is this?

We were at the river.....the mama thing came out first and then a baby thing came out of a hole.

It doesn't have a beaver tail.

The dam!

Hubby would not let me gather this wood and put it in the boat.

He's no fun...:(

And I have one more fun photo...:)

I don't watch them and I think they are ridiculous but I have so much fun with my

Kardashi-hens...:)

Toodles!!

Oh lordy! It's a wonder you ever get invited back on the boat! But I'm with you for wanting to pick up the driftwood! You need to show your man photos of driftwood mirrors and such that sell for big $$. He'll take you right back!

Looks like a muskrat. Isn't it strange how the DH's don't want us picking up perfectly good stuff? Now, if he found a tool of some sort lying on the ground.....

LOL- love the last photo. How did you tangle that reel up like that? LOL- love the wood. You need to sneak back there! You could do a beach bingo blog post with Rod as a muscle rooster. LOL
