It's baaaaccck!!

 

Yes...it's back.

 

It's time for................

 

 

dum..dum...dummmm.....

 

 

Well I've put off telling anyone....... but the rooster, Conway Tweety, who was

 

given to me after I lost Rod Stewart, was killed by something

 

soon after I got him.

 

 

 

It makes me sad.....I still miss Rod Stewart terribly also...

 

And now.....I've put it off long enough.... I have to have "the talk" with the girls

 

about death and changes.

 

So here is how it went......

 

 Oh girls!!!!

 

Could y'all come here please?

 

I need to talk to you.

 

 

"Yes....are you calling us?"

 

I am....

 

I...umm......have to tell you something about Rod and Conway.

 

You know how they haven't been around lately?

 

Well......umm.....do you know what happened to them?

 

 

"Of course we know.....they went to a man cave or a hunting camp for a

 

little while...right?  That's what men do...right?

 

And oh it's been so nice....we have had some relaxing days.

 

You know how irritating those males can be.

 

You tell her Lucy...I think I may take a nap right now..

Wait.....you know how I always ask y'all to be very watchful

 

and very careful arou..

 

"I must bathe..(interrupted Kim)...you never know when the papparazi may show up.

 

"Gee whiz Kim...you are so shallow" Khloe snipped.

 

"Khloe you are just jealous!"

 

Wait....girls.....I'm trying to tell you something important!

 

 

 I.........I hate to tell y'all this but Rod and Conway are.......

 

dead.

 

"what you talking about Willis?" Lucy croaked

 

(it's weird that a chicken would know that show Different Strokes..but she did)

 

"Are you telling us that we can DIE??????"

 

AAAHHHHHHH!!!!

 

EEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

 

(the girls are freaking out)

 This is not going well...in case you were wondering. (Baby Kitty informed me)

Kourtney please quit hiding and come back!!

 

"I am not hiding...this is not happening....I am meditating...ohmmmm"

 

"No......really.......where are they?" asked Millie

Haha....girls....did I say dead?

 

ummm.......Noooo....that's not right!!

 

I mean they are dead......tired.....and they will be staying

 

at the hunting camp a while longer.

It's all okay!  No one is going to die!

 

Go back to what you were doing before I brought all of this up.

Rod:  Okay!!!

Everyone gather around!!

We've got to make plans for Lisa's birthday party!!

Kloe, Kourtney and Kim:  ooohhh....we love to par-tey!!

Rod:  Pssst.. Millie....I can't trust the Kardashi-hens......they always spend way too much money.

I'm putting you in charge of this party.

Ummm....Rod....I've got bad news.

I heard those human folks gave her a party last night...but that's not the worst part.

They dressed up like chickens!!!!!!  

Rod:  BokBOKBOKBOK...WHAT?!!!

Millie:  Yes, like chickens...

Can you believe that?!!!!

The nerve of them.....we don't dress up like humans!!!

and that's not all.......

she had a chicken cake.....

that she was taking selfies with!!!

Rod:   Well he does look like me.......rather a handsome fellow don't you think?

Millie:  ROD!!!!  Snap out of it!!

That's not all!  

I saw them bring home a new addition to our family....

gulp....

and he was....................very big.

Rod:   Well...ummm....I...ummm.....I'm not scared!!

Where is he?

Oh....there you are.....I....ummm...am...the head rooster....here.....

you got that?..

okay...good....umm...let's go girls....hurry....

I mean....hurry because we have to get ready for the party...

Millie:  Wow....we can't compete with what those humans did for her last night.

Rod: Hmmm....let me think......I've got it!!!

Hurry girls....we've got to catch that truck I saw go by!!!

Millie:  I will be decorating the shed while y'all are chasing the truck!!

 Hmmm....add some balloons here, some bunting there....

Whoooooeeeeee!  I....am.....good....at...this!!!

Rod:  Okay girls.....let's get the presents wrapped!

Sambo (the cat):  What in the world are you dumb chickens up to now?

Rod: Kim, you go get her and bring her out back.

Kim?

Kim:  I love my outfit....I look goood....I know my sisters wished they had an outfit like mine...does it make my butt look big.........I sure hope so.....teeheehee

Rod:  KIM!!!!!!

Kim:  okay...I'll go get her.

Knock, knock....

Kim:  Oh hello.....ummm.....we want you to come to the shed for a minute.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

SURPRISE!!!

Lisa:  Oh wow!!!!!!  Y'all are the best!!!!  

 How in the world did y'all blow up those balloons with your itty bitty beaks?

Lucy:  Well I'll tell ya.....you know Kim is full of hot air so we let her...heeheebokbok..

It's been the best birthday ever and it's not even here yet....

My Blog Writing Process - A Blog Tour

A week or so ago my good friend and fellow blogger Debby Ray from My Favorite Things

contacted me about joining in on a blog tour.

She would feature me and I would answer 4 questions and then I would pass the torch

to someone else.

My first thoughts were NOOOOOOO!!!  I am the worlds worst procrastinator and if you

give me a deadline I can barely function.

But I love her so what was I to do?

So I worried and worried and wrung my hands and couldn't watch t.v. because "I had a deadline" and 

I couldn't concentrate on Quick Books because "I had a deadline" and my husband would say let's go 

somewhere and I would say NO...I've got a deadline!

So here I am after having a full week to do this, I am just starting this post and it's Friday Saturday!!!!

To make matters worse I didn't let my poor friend that I picked to go after me know anything until today!

She was like "ummm....sure......can I have a little time to get my links together for you?"

Sweat popped out on my forehead and I was like "uhhh.....sure."

 I am sure of it!!

Okay, so here is the first question:

Ha! This piece of course!!  Nothing else is in this head but finishing this assignment!

I am NOT a person that thinks ahead.  

I never have blog posts ahead of time just sitting and waiting to be posted.

My genre is unorganized, messed up, I Love Lucy-ish, embarassing, moments in my daily life.

I did have friends to suggest me hosting these parties.....pshhhhh....

I am typing this assignment at the 11th hour!

Do NOT put me in charge of anything!

Moving on....

Now that's a great question.

  Many times after I push "post" I think "why in the world would I share that?"

And for awhile I really thought about giving it all up because I knew I didn't compare with

most other bloggers.

But then one day I sat down and started reading my old posts.

It was like reading my diary with photos!!

I loved how it brought that certain day right back to my memory!

So now I really post for myself......it has made me really enjoy blogging again.

I wake up.

Haha...that's it.

I wake up and start my day.......

usually something crazy, wacky or embarrassing

happens on most days.

I will then turn my life lessons into stories or maybe just  list  my "knowledge" to share with y'all.

For example...

                                   Ten Things That I Know

1.  I don’t want to live in a world without sunshine.

2.  One step forward and two steps back will get you nowhere.

3.  Black yoga pants are responsible for me gaining weight.

4.  Cold and wet weather are responsible for me gaining weight.

5.  I will blame others for me gaining weight.

6.  Biscuits and syrup are a great couple.

7.  If your C-section scar is deep and wide and you didn’t have a C-section then you may need          to diet.

8.  Having skinny friends is like being friends with fish----they like the ocean, the river and any        pool of water that you have to wear a bathing suit.

9.  Fried fish is good.

10. Your belly should not hang out the leg hole of your bathing suit.
